Amy's passion for design blossomed early in life due to her parents influence. Her father is an architectural engineer and her mother had impeccable design style. She schooled Amy in the art of shopping and her father in addition to running his own engineering firm also worked as Deputy Building Commissioner for the White Plains Building Department. Amy learned the business of design from the functional side of construction and building first. Once she could read a set of plans her father put her to work for his engineering company. But instead of becoming an engineer she decided to go down the path of Interior Design. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Commercial and Residential Interior Design in 2006, she embarked on a fulfilling career that has spanned 19 years and counting. Amy has collaborated with a diverse range of design professionals throughout the New York area, including architects, builders, and fellow interior designers. She got her start as an assistant to many high end residential designers as well as commercial designers, working closely on many large projects. This collaborative experience has honed her expertise in various aspects of the design process from conceptualization and space planning to material selection and project management. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Amy is a dedicated wife and mother and finds joy in spending quality time with her family. Amy also cultivates her love for unique and stylish finds, frequently traveling and scouring local shops and markets for hidden treasures to incorporate into her clients projects.
